The Greenstar leadership team is comprised of highly successful entrepreneurs and industry veterans who have joined Greenstar to build a new way for recycling in North America.

Greenstar is recognized as an EPA Climate Leader and has participated in the program since 2007. Each year, Greenstar voluntarily reports its carbon emissions and has established a goal to reduce overall emissions from operations by 10% over five years. Our primary method for reductions will come from energy efficiencies at the facilities, the use of biodiesel in transport and overall vigilance and awareness of efficiently using and reducing the use of electricity, oil, natural gas and other fuels. 

Committed to the Community

Greenstar has a strong local presence with a firm commitment to servicing the community. Greenstar is digging in, alongside its neighbors, to pick up trash, plant trees and educate everyone on how they can do their part. Greenstar has an educational trailer available for local events that provides an interactive experience regarding the benefits (and challenges) of recycling. We also sponsor community events, host facility tours and actively participate in local clean ups and environmental events.
